The mixed train was made up at Fiddletown. Company photographer Bob Railbender used his connection to the management and has got quite a few photo stops. You see, there're racks for the car cards. At a staging yard you need this!
And off we go!
We arrive Salina. There're two cars to set out, a gon with coal and a box car for the team track. When we finished this job our shorter train departs to Silver Creek.
At Silver Creek we have only a short stop for a few passengers. And our journey goes on to Four Mile Creek. That's sheep country like you see.
To get ready for the next run we have to back up our train to Wolf City.
When we start our tour from Wolf City to Fiddletown there was a short photo stop at the trestle over Silver Creek. At Silver Creek our box car goes to the mine.
In the evening our short train arrives at Fiddletown.
We hope you have enjoyed the journey.
